How to Use

Step one

Step 01

Pour 3/4 of the BRK-50 liquid
into a clean pail & add the
dry cement compound.

Step 2

Step 02

Blend with an electric paddle
mixer until mixture is uniform.
Let FALSE SET for 4 minutes.

Step 3

Step 03

Blend for 1minute and
use within 30 minutes
add more liquid if needed.

TOOLS

Trowel, Roller (3/4” nap), Brush, Squeegee or Spray.

THICKNESS

Apply BRK-50 at a minimum of 1/8 of an inch thickness to achieve a waterproofing membrane. Add more layers if needed.
Important: The second layer can be applied once the first layer is hardened and can’t be scratched.

Applications

BRK-50 can be built up to 2” increments and feather edges. It can be used in swimming pools, basements, roofs, terraces, foundations, cellars, decks, bathrooms & showers, stucco, driveways, walkways, garages, and more.

COVERAGE

Coverage is approximate for one coat. Slump can be adjusted to accommodate specific job requirements by adjusting the liquid or the compound – do not add water to the mix.

MIXING INSTRUCTION

Mix on site using 5 gallon pails and paddle mixer. Blend product according to instructions on product label. Keep product out of direct sun. Allow product to false set (approximately 4 minutes) and re mix. Pot life is approximately 30 minutes depending on the temperature and humidity. Use mix ratio depending on application method. Special note use BRK50 liquid to change consistency of mix. Do not add water to the mix.Clean up after mixing. Clean all tools and spills immediately with clean water.
