Waterproofing

Problem: The client noticed a wet patch in the crawlspace cinder block that threatened the structural integrity of the wooden framing and led to more serious water damage issues.

Solution: Fortunately, the issue was resolved after our team applied a coat of  waterproofing cement to the subject area to prevent water from coming in.

NOTE: Waterproofing cement is the #1 cementitious 100% waterproof membrane with a proprietary blend of polymers and specialized content. It provides exceptional strength and unparalleled adhesion, yet remains flexible to absorb movement in the underlying concrete structure, protect or repairs any concrete structure.

Encapsulation

Problem: There was a high level of moisture in the crawlspace that led to foul odors and mold growth on the floor space above the crawl space.

Solution: Our team immediately worked on crawl space encapsulation by waterproofing the walls, ceiling, and floor of the entire crawl space. This immediately led to improve smell in the area and eliminated the excessive moisture.
