Foundation Crack Repair
Problem: When performing the assessment of the property, we discovered there was water coming into the basement from different places. There were many cracks in different areas, like the basement’s external facing wall. One was a 6ft vertical crack that was 3” deep. If these cracks were left untreated would have compromised the foundation of the house.
Solution: We ground down 3 walls, steel bruised, and cleared the old Drylok, paint, stucco, mold, and dirt. We repaired all cracks with waterproofing cement by applying 2 coats for the ultimate waterproofing.
Also, we extended 2 downspouts down into the ground, dug a trench, and installed a PVC pipe to channel the water to an underground dry well. Finally, we added cohesive soil along the foundation of the extension.
Then we joined the foundation walls and foundation floor with reinforced 4.5oz fiberglass mesh.

Problem: The client complained of water penetration problems. Every time it rained, water would seep through the foundation walls into the living space.

Foundation Crack Repair
Problem: There were many cracks in the foundation of the property. As a result, the client was also facing many water penetration problems. Being the base of the property, it was vital to treat and seal the foundation cracks to avoid future problems that would be harder and costlier to handle.
Solution: We ground off the concrete surface 2” on each side of the existing horizontal crack in the foundation wall. Then we applied a waterproof cement the full length of the crack, approximately 10lf.
We then drilled access ports every 6” on center the length of the crack approximately 6lf and injected it with urethane and epoxy formulations to waterproof and stabilize the wall, followed by an application of 4.5oz waterproofing cement brand reinforced Fibermesh to complete.

Foundation Crack Repair
Problem: The client complained of cracks in the exterior wall of the foundation. Because of this, the integrity of the property was being compromised, and there was water seeping inside as well.
Solution: Our experts got down to business to repair cracks in the exterior of the foundation wall. In three areas of the wall, we opened the crack and ground off the wall 4” on each side of the crack to expose the bare concrete. Next, we reinforced waterproof cement and applied it to a neat, smooth finish to complete the project.

Problem: The water had intruded into the basement foundation wall, causing lots of damage to the wall. The client also complained about musty smells in the basement.
Solution: We repaired the water intrusion in the basement foundation wall by removing the finished wall panel near the foundation wall crack. We drilled injection ports every 6” on the center vertically of the entire crack length and injected them with urethane and epoxy formulations, followed by applying waterproof cement.
Also, we ground the concrete slab 4” horizontally at the wall-floor joint and reinforced the waterproofing cement unto the joint to complete. To finalize, we reinstalled the removable panel, base board, and chair rail on completion of the waterproofing.

Foundation Waterproofing
Problem: Due to water seepage into the foundation, efflorescence on the wall indicated mold growth. As a result, the area reeked of a foul smell, and the mold created breathing issues for the entire family.
Solution: We ground the entire subject area with a diamond blade to remove efflorescence, old tar, Drylok, and mold to expose as much of the original cement as possible and to be able to apply waterproofing cement on the entire clean surface. The team also joined the foundation walls and floor with reinforced 4.5oz waterproofing cement brand fiberglass mesh and extended it to the existing floor. We then applied 2 layers of waterproofing cement to all the surfaces for ultimate waterproofing.

Foundation Waterproofing
Problem: The client contacted us because the water was coming into the basement and porch. We performed an assessment and found out that the foundation was not properly waterproof, causing:
- Dampness in the area
- Damage to the foundation.
- Water penetration in the basement and first-floor enclosed patio from various entry points.
Solution: Our experts sealed and waterproofed the exterior foundation joints. They also replaced the damaged floor of the enclosed patio, and they also fixed the basement. As a result property was saved from water damage and they made it comfortable once more.

Foundation Crack Repair
Problem: Part of the house foundation had collapsed, and as a result the 2-floor balcony collapsed too. The patio showed cracks as well. Also, because of poor waterproofing, voids were observed under the foundation slab.
Solution: Our experts jacked up the balcony by 14 inches and installed steel plates, and established a new foundation for the balcony’s post. There was Underpinning involved in the foundation to support with reinforced high-strength concrete. We demolished and removed the old patio and installed a new one.

Catch Basin
Problem: The drains were clogged. As a result, it was not performing its function. This caused backups, which could have led to flooding, which is both dangerous and costly.
Solution: Our experts dug a trench in the Subject Area to connect 7 catch basins. We then used an underground PVC perforated pipe to connect the catch basins to existing systems. We also excavated to install a new drywall by the tree line to connect to an existing dry well, solving the problem of backups and dangerous flooding.

Structural Crack
Problem: The client complained of a structural crack in the property and got alarmed. He wanted to rule out if it was deep and called us to help.
Solution: Upon inspection, there was indeed a structural crack with evidence of detachment. Our experts fixed it with hot dip galvanized steel anchors, which connected both sides of the structural crack to prevent future expansion, reestablish compression, and restore tensile strength. This structural crack was then covered with waterproofing cement and 4.5oz reinforced fiber mesh to waterproof the localized area.
