- Connecting the perforated drainage pipe to a drywell, channeling water away from the foundation and preventing it from pooling near the structure.
- Backfilling the excavated area with gravel to promote drainage and further minimize hydrostatic pressure on the foundation wall.
Above-Grade Masonry Repair
