The Problem:
The entrance of this Brooklyn building was experiencing ongoing water intrusion around the door and glass framing. Over time, the exterior caulking had cracked and failed, allowing rainwater to enter the hollow metal frames.

Step 1: Complete Removal of Old Caulking
Our team removed all existing caulking from the entrance door and glass framing. This step was critical, as applying new sealant over failing material would not stop water intrusion. The surfaces were cleaned and prepared to ensure proper adhesion.
Step 2: Installation of Commercial Grade Exterior Caulking

This solution restored the waterproof integrity of the building entrance and significantly reduced the risk of future leaks.
