We removed damaged drywall and cleaned the foundation walls. Then we applied a high strength 6000 PSI waterproofing cement layer to seal the walls and prevent future water intrusion.
After waterproofing, we rebuilt the walls using:
- Pressure treated bottom and top plates
- New 2×4 framing studs
- R13 fiberglass insulation

- Tape, compound, sanding, and painting

2. Garage Dry Well Installation
