The Problem:

A homeowner in Queens, NY reached out to Zavza Seal because their home felt cold in the winter, warm in the summer, and noisy.

Step 1: Access Port Installation

We carefully cut small access ports in the ceiling areas. These openings allowed us to insert our machine hose and reach the cavities that needed insulation.

Step 2: Dense Pack Cellulose Installation

We blew in dense packed cellulose insulation into all ceiling areas on both floors, including:

• Living room ceiling
• Upstairs bedroom ceiling
• Bathroom ceilings
• Closet ceilings

Dense packing ensures maximum insulation value and strong sound reduction.

Step 3: Patching the Openings

After the insulation was installed, we:

• Patched all access holes
• Taped the repaired areas

Final sanding and painting preparation were not included, as noted in the scope.
