We cut and removed approximately thirty eight linear feet of sheetrock that showed mold contamination. Every cut was made carefully to avoid disturbing spores and to limit airborne particles. The work area was kept contained using dust barriers and negative air controls.

Step 2. Safe Handling and Disposal

All removed sheetrock and debris were immediately bagged and sealed using proper mold contaminated material protocols. This process ensured the rest of the home remained clean and safe throughout the project.

Step 3. Full Wall Cavity Inspection

Once the sheetrock was removed, our technicians conducted a detailed visual and moisture inspection of the exposed wall cavity. This step allowed us to identify how water was entering and why moisture levels were high enough to support mold growth.
