Zavza provided an excellent backyard drainage solution for our problem of water leaking into the basement during bad storms. Their work crews were excellent with minimal disruption and good clean up when done. I would recommend them.
We had water seeping in our basement and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.
Even though the estimator had a different idea where the water was coming from, the team who came to work were well prepared. At first they couldn’t find where the water was coming from. They used a camera (according to my husband) and checked the section which I had pointed out to them. They found a 5 ft vertical crack along the wall.
They fixed it and came back a couple weeks later to close the wall. There has been heavy and consistent rain after the work was completed and we are pleased to say , no more water seeping in the basement. Work was professional and clean. Good job team, keep up the good work.

They excavated a 8’ deep 14’ long trench exposing my foundation and crack. They water proofed and helped me get done what I needed to do to fix my basement leak.All in 2 days. Truly fantastic! I had some sewage water leaking in my basement that resulted in a lot fiberglass insulation being removed. This made my basement cold (average of 65 degrees) and the floors above also felt cold. I contacted Zavza Seal to potentially pack in the wall sections in my basement that were affected. They came, assessed the site, gave me a precise estimate and then on the day of, came on time, covered everything in plastic (to keep things clean) and did the job. True professionals. Everything was smooth and I couldn’t be more pleased. My basement now reads an average 70 degrees even during colder days. I couldn’t recommend them more. Don’t hesitate, call them. They may not be the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for.

We are very happy with work, Zavza Seal did in our basement sealing the cracks in the walls. They had to come back because water was still coming through but they were here to make sure it didn't leak. Our project manager, Anderson, was here to make sure we were satisfied. When there were no more leaks they were able to put our wall back,very clean and efficient .we highly recommend them for any basement leaks.

I used this company after reviewing their feedback, and I wasn’t disappointed! Austin and Jake took my old crawl space in my 200+ year old house and transformed it with vapor barrier and insulation, repaired my foundation that was leaking, and replaced my old “stick on a brick” beam supports with new lally columns…. I think we’re set for 200 more years now :). I can already feel the difference in the humidity in my cellar. Recommended!
