  • Schedule for Utilities: If necessary, schedule temporary disconnection or relocation of utilities (water, gas) in the work area. Discuss this requirement with your project manager beforehand.
  • Clear Access: Ensure clear access points for our team to enter and exit the work area. This may involve securing pets, or providing parking instructions, if applicable.
  • Pet Care: If you have pets, make arrangements for their care during the project. This could involve boarding them or having a friend or family member look after them.
  • Children: If you have young children, consider childcare options during potentially disruptive phases of the project.
  • Parking: If applicable, designate parking spaces for our crew’s vehicle/s.
