This waterproofing was applied only to the concrete slab and pit walls, not to any pipes or traps inside.
Since the source of the water intrusion was still undetermined, we planned additional investigation, including targeted water tests in the elevated garden area. The cost for this service was marked as TBD until the root cause could be identified with certainty.
